#RECIPES BREAD MUFFIN

Honestly, I’m not a morning person. I usually prepared something easy for K’s breakfast like cereal, oats anything that I can make less then 10 minutes (please don’t judge) πŸ˜„.

But today I woke up at 7am (K always wakes up at 8 or 9) and then I make this simple breakfast. Well, not as simple as cereals haha.. Hope you mommies or daddies out there who read this blog love this recipe and hope you recook and tell us what you think πŸ˜‰

This Recipe can make 3 muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 pcs of bread (you can use any bread you like)
  • handfull of grated mozarella cheese
  • pinch of seasalt & pepper (skip for under 12m)
  • parsley flakes
  • oil (you don’t need this if you have muffin paper)

HOW TO

  • mix all the ingredients (except oil) until combined
  • apply oil into the muffin cup
  • put all the better, bake for 20 minutes in 180 degrees
  • enjoy while it’s warm πŸ˜‰
